Multimedia Level 3
Level 3 users successfully communicate by combining multimedia elements in an engaging, organized, easy to navigate format. Clarity and focus are clear and attention is given to detail.
A group of 10 students interviewed elders to collect memories of World War II. Student work produced in 5 modules and then compiled into an overall production. Modules range in complexity of thought, research and use of technology. Most complex module takes a POW interview and edits sound bytes into a coherent story with a simply animated map to accompany it. Artifacts all collected by students and arranged in Photoshop. A duet of "I'll Be Seeing You" between a student and an elder creates a powerful introduction to the time period.
