Student is now using layers for additional objects, and selections are improving. File type is appropriate for use. Increased use of manipulations (color, distortion, transformation, rearrangement, etc.) Use of filters and canned effects may still be blatant or obvious.

The artist created the main part of this image in such a way that the filters are not obvious and the manipulation appears to be purposeful. Text may have been resized and is blurry.  This image could use a little unsharp masking to make it a little sharper.
